Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Zari website and services (the "Website"). By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These terms are entered into between you and Zari Gifts Limited, and are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have questions, reach us at admin@zari.ng.

Zari Gifts is a luxury gifting platform offering thoughtfully curated gift boxes, personalised gifts, corporate gifting solutions, and unique products sourced from talented African and global brands and artisans.

You do not need an account to browse the Website, but you'll need one to place an order or track deliveries. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree that any information you provide when creating an account is accurate and kept up to date, and that you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. Please let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change at any time, though changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through Paystack and other supported payment methods at checkout. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Abuja - 1 to 2 business days
• Major Nigerian cities - 2 to 5 business days
• International deliveries - timelines vary by destination

You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Risk of loss or damage passes to the recipient once a gift has been delivered to the address provided. If same-day or rush delivery is needed, please contact our team before checkout.

Where you submit a gift message, recipient details, or other personalised content, you're responsible for making sure it's accurate and appropriate. We reserve the right to decline to print or include any message that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of gifting.

Because of the personalised nature of most Zari gifts, personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Non-personalised items may be eligible for exchange within a reasonable period of delivery. To start a return or exchange, contact us at admin@zari.ng with your order number.

Corporate, bulk, and event gifting orders may be subject to a separate quotation, minimum order quantity, and payment terms agreed directly with our corporate gifting team, in addition to these Terms of Service.

The Zari name, logo, photography, and all content and design on the Website are the property of Zari Gifts Limited or our licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to misuse it - including attempting unauthorised access, submitting fraudulent orders, or scraping or copying content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zari Gifts Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, including delays caused by third-party courier partners beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zari Gifts Limited harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Website after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
